History

Company ASPEKT HM & PARTNERS was settled in 2002 as an agreement on cooperation between two accounting firms - KOOBS JanVlach based in Bratislava and Czech company Aspekt HM. This agreement arose from needs of our clients, whose business activities overstep boundaries of their own country. Cooperation enables us to provide services in Slovakia and Czech Republic in guaranteed standard and quality.

Bratislava based KOOBS - Jan Vlach was settled in 1993. Firm operates in the area of accounting and tax advisory for 11 years and during those years gained experiences and professional knowledge.

AspektHM was settled in 1993 in Kralupy nad Vltavou and later opened office in Prague. In 2000 company founded AspektHM - audit -for providing audit services
